The word “Continental” is inspired by the concept of a continent a vast landmass made up of diverse cultures, languages, traditions, landscapes, and people. It reflects our belief that travel is not simply about moving from one destination to another; it is about connecting worlds, understanding different cultures, and building meaningful human experiences.
Our inspiration also comes from our founders’ homeland, Cameroon, affectionately known as “Le Continent” (The Continent of Africa in Miniature) because of its remarkable diversity. With more than 360 ethnic and cultural groups, Cameroon embodies the richness, resilience, and beauty of Africa’s cultural heritage. This diversity became the foundation of our vision: to create a travel company that celebrates Africa’s uniqueness while promoting authentic cultural exchange and sustainable tourism. Founded by passionate African professionals with international experience, Continental Travel & Tours was established with a mission to showcase the true essence of Africa, its people, wildlife, landscapes, traditions, history, and future.

Tiebia Kinyang Juspen combines expertise in law, business, entrepreneurship, and tourism development. With a background in business and corporate law and advanced studies in Tourism and Hospitality Management, he founded Continental Travel & Tours with a vision of delivering authentic African travel experiences through professionalism, innovation, integrity, and customer-focused service.
Tumenta Ronald
Co-Founder | CEO
Tumenta Ronald is a multidisciplinary leader with experience in military service, technology, business, and philanthropy. Serving in the United States Air Force and working as a SCRUM Master, he is also the CEO of CamSuya and Founder of the Tumenta Foundation. His leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to service play a key role in the growth and success of Continental Travel & Tours.

Tumenta Eukaria is a healthcare professional and community advocate based in the United States.
