Travel Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arusha - Tarangire

You will be picked up in the morning from your hotel in Arusha or from Arusha Airport (ARK). Head to Tarangire National Park for a whole day of game viewing and enjoy a picnic lunch during the trip. In the late afternoon, go to Karatu for dinner and stay at the lodge overnight. About the Park: Tarangire is well known for its big groups of elephants, tall and grand baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which brings many different animals to the area all through the year. The park is home to lions, leopards, giraffes, and more than 500 types of birds, making it a great place for people who love animals and watching birds. Main destination: Tarangire National Park

DAY 2 - Karatu - Serengeti National Park

Go to the Serengeti and join an exciting game drive over its wide open plains. Experience the amazing Great Migration, watching millions of wildebeests and zebras travel across the land. Explore the Serengeti's amazing animals, such as powerful lions and fast cheetahs, along with tall giraffes and striped zebras. Discover the amazing animals and breathtaking views that make this famous park a must-visit place. Main Destination: Serengeti National Park

Accommodation: Kontiki Serengeti Camp is a mid-range tented camp located inside Central Serengeti National Park.

DAY 3 - Serengeti National Park

Continue your journey through the Serengeti with another full day of game drives. Enjoy the park's natural beauty by looking for more wildlife and taking in the amazing views around you. Depending on when you visit, you might see the Great Migration's exciting river crossings or catch a glimpse of hidden predators searching for prey. Have a picnic lunch in the amazing views of the Serengeti and keep exploring the fantastic things this unique environment has to offer. Main destination: Serengeti National Park

DAY 4 - Ngorongoro Crater

Step into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its abundant animals and stunning scenery. In this old volcanic caldera, you can see the Big Five animals—lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and leopards—as well as hippos and hyenas. Look at the groups of flamingos on the soda lake and enjoy the beautiful view of this amazing natural place. Main destination: Ngorongoro Crater

DAY 5 - Lake Manyara National Park- JRO/ARK

After having breakfast, leave Karatu and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. Have a picnic lunch while enjoying the park's beautiful views and the animals that live there. In the afternoon, you'll be taken to Arusha Airport (ARK) or another spot of your choice in Arusha. Lake Manyara is a green, small park located beneath the rocky edge of the Great Rift Valley. It's famous for lions that climb trees, big groups of baboons, and colorful birds like flamingos and pelicans. Manyara has different kinds of natural areas, like forests and lake shores, which make it a beautiful and calm place to finish your safari adventure. Main destination: Lake Manyara National Park.
