Yes. Participants with a reasonable level of fitness can complete the hike. The trek is moderately challenging and guided by experienced local guides.
We recommend comfortable hiking shoes, a waterproof jacket, warm clothing for the evening, sunscreen, a hat, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, and a small daypack.
